As a creative collective, Brain Dead is not based on one single person, nor one single idea. With its disruptive, graphic-led approach, the brand takes its cues from post punk, underground comics, skateboarding, and the spirit of subculture as a whole. For summer 2022, BD is contradicting its name, creating a cohesive, interchangeable collection rivaling brands even with fully functioning noggins. Referencing highlights from subcultures throughout the decades like crunchy gorp, grunge, and skinny baggy, there is a slice here for everyone to enjoy whether you want to mix and match within your own wardrobe, create a whole new look, or access pieces styled from a bygone era or... an era that has yet to happen.
